Music Mixes for Any Fast-Paced Workout

For nearly seven years Podrunner has offered mixes in a range from 130 to 180 BPM. I decided on this range because it included everything from power walkers to competition-level runners.
 
That's 51 different BPMs. Podrunner was released weekly when I started out, and that meant it would take a year before any particular BPM would come around again (and it doesn't even count the variable-BPM mixes). Broadening the BPM range would make that wait even longer, and that wasn't desirable. I made the BPMs ending in zero and five a priority, and then worked on filling in the gaps.
 
But after seven years now and nearly 250 official mixes, I think it's probably safe to branch out a bit.
 
So here's a mix for the walkers out there! If you know any power walkers who've complained that Podrunner's mixes are too fast, now is your opportunity to win them over to the dark side cause. Text your entire cell phone list! Tell strangers on the subway! "Hey, guess what? Podrunner just put out a 125 BPM mix! Can you believe it? Isn't this a remarkable age of progress and rapid change we live in?"
 
Yes. Yes, it is.
 
"Podwalker" is a hugely fun mix, uptempo and with lots of jazzy horns throughout. When I put it together, I was shocked to realize that the tracks were playing at their originally recorded speed. Which may another Podrunner first.
 
I think I better slow down on this "change" stuff. It makes me dizzy.
